Chuckling Goat is a family-run business that has grown through the active involvement of its founders and their relatives. Key family members include:
Shann Jones: Originally from San Francisco, I was a journalist and radio talk show host before relocating to Wales. My journey into natural health began when our son, Benji, suffered from recurrent bronchial infections. Seeking alternatives to conventional treatments, my husband Rich and I introduced goat’s milk into his diet, leading to significant improvements. This experience sparked my interest in natural remedies and probiotics. When Rich contracted a life-threatening MRSA infection, I used our homemade kefir, a fermented goat’s milk product rich in probiotics, to aid his recovery. This success inspired the creation of Chuckling Goat. I am the author of best-selling books on gut health and natural healing, including “Secrets from Chuckling Goat” and “The Good Skin Solution.”
Richard Jones: A Welsh farmer, Richard brought agricultural expertise and practical know-how to the venture.
