What milestones has Omni Systems achieved in the business, and what future endeavors do you have planned?
OMNI Systems had planned ambitious goal in 2022 to triple its size within seven years and the significant progress made towards achieving this target is ahead of schedule. In 2023 OMNI completed two acquisitions to expand our geographical footprint and added new print capabilities and customers in new markets. Our ability to leverage both organic growth and strategic acquisitions demonstrates a proactive approach to expanding OMNI’s reach and capabilities in the label manufacturing industry.
How does your company ensure quality and standards are maintained in the manufacturing process?
OMNI has established a robust operational cadence with a primary focus on upholding high-quality standards throughout its production processes. Quality checks are conducted at a frequent interval during production, ensuring that each step meets the established quality criteria. Additionally, every production job undergoes thorough review to verify that processes are consistently maintained at the desired level of quality.
In the procurement of raw materials, OMNI implements stringent measures to guarantee the quality of the materials used in manufacturing. Each delivery of raw materials is accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis (COA), which provides detailed documentation of the material’s composition, properties, and quality specifications. By requiring COAs for every delivery, OMNI ensures that only materials meeting the specified quality standards are utilized in the manufacturing process. This meticulous approach to quality assurance underscores OMNI’s commitment to delivering products of the highest quality to its customers.
