What inspired you to start the company?
As the CEO and co-founder of SharePass, I was inspired to start the company because the founding team and I saw a significant gap in the market for a secure and flexible information-sharing solution that provides users with complete control over their data. Many existing solutions compromise privacy or don’t allow users to control their data once shared. We want to create a platform that would give users complete control over their shared data, so they could share what, when and with whom they want without worrying about data breaches or misuse. I was also inspired to create a solution to help individuals and businesses communicate more efficiently, reducing the time and costs of managing and securing data and avoiding the learning curve of implementing complicated security tools.

Can you share the success story of SharePass and the visionary person behind the company?
The idea for SharePass originated from a challenge faced by the founding team while working in an MSP. They needed to share confidential information with clients who don’t use password managers or similar products. Traditional methods like SMS, chat, and email left a digital footprint, which was not ideal for sensitive data. Recognizing this gap in the market, Yuri Miloslavsky, Mauro Garcia, and Luciano Vitetti came together to create SharePass. Their vision is to provide a secure platform that enables users to share confidential information easily and without leaving any digital traces. Since then, SharePass has grown into a successful venture with a strong focus on privacy and security, providing users with a trusted solution to their confidential data-sharing needs. The visionary founders behind SharePass continue to drive the company’s growth and development, pushing the boundaries of what is possible in the secure data-sharing space.

With our AI function, we ensure that data shared through SharePass is kept confidential and secure and that any unauthorized access attempts are blocked.

Our SharePass keyboard mobile app is another standout feature that easily secures confidential data across all apps. It offers a click-of-a-button facility to secure the data, making it convenient for users to protect their data in real time. Moreover, we use end-user front-end encryption, which gives complete control to the user. This feature ensures that the data shared through SharePass is always encrypted, and only the recipient can decrypt it.

Our portal is another differentiating factor providing users with access logs and complete control over what data was sent. With this feature, users can keep track of who has access to their data and even revoke access if needed. Overall, these unique features set SharePass apart from our competitors. We continuously work to improve and innovate our platform to provide our users with the best possible privacy and security solution.

Can you share one specific achievement you made in the industry and use it as a benchmark for competitors and future generations?
SharePass has made significant achievements in the industry by using advanced AI technology to detect and protect confidential data. With the help of our program NVIDIA Inception, SharePass has brought the latest AI technology to create a solution that protects users of all technical levels, providing them with an easy-to-use facility to secure their most important information.

Our AI technology allows SharePass to identify and classify sensitive information in real-time, such as passwords, credit card numbers, and social security numbers. It uses natural language processing and machine learning algorithms to analyze shared data and determine if it contains sensitive information. If sensitive information is detected, SharePass offers to encrypt the data to protect it from unauthorized access.

This achievement sets a benchmark for our competitors and future generations by showing that advanced AI technology can be used to make data protection more accessible and user-friendly. How do you ensure data is secured while transferring using SharePass?
SharePass prioritizes data security and employs several measures to ensure data is secured during transfer and usage. The platform encrypts all data using industry- standard encryption algorithms, such as AES-256. SharePass leverages existing communication channels like SMS, chat, and email, which come with inherent security controls in addition to the platform’s security measures. To prevent unauthorized access, SharePass employs stringent authorization controls that require users to provide multiple forms of identification, such as verification code, PIN, security key, or QR code, before accessing shared information. SharePass also offers availability restrictions on shared data, which limits the time frame for which data is accessible and automatically deletes data from the recipient’s device after a period. Availability restrictions provide an additional security layer, ensuring data is not available indefinitely, even if a recipient’s device is compromised. Users can also manually expire and delete data based on specific use cases. Overall, SharePass has implemented comprehensive data security measures to protect user’s confidential information.

What is your future plan to place the company globally?
We have plans to continue expanding globally, focusing on individual and enterprise level users. We are currently working on expanding our SharePass. Which allows us to create dedicated instances of SharePass based on the specific needs of enterprises. SharePass One enables us to provide tailored solutions that meet each organization’s unique security and data-sharing requirements. Additionally, we have plans to continue building strategic partnerships with key players in the industry to help us expand our user base and bring SharePass to new markets. We believe that with these efforts, we can position SharePass as a leading solution for secure communications in Australia and globally.

What are WEBHOOKS, and how does it work?
Webhooks are automated messages sent from an app when an event occurs. These messages contain specific information about the event and are sent to a specified URL endpoint, often a third-party application or service. In the context of SharePass, Webhooks notify the app owner or other third-party applications when a particular event occurs within SharePass, such as a user sharing information or data expiring. This notification allows the app owner or third-party application to act based on the information provided by SharePass.

For example, a company that uses SharePass to manage sensitive information may use Webhooks to integrate SharePass with their internal system. This integration allows them to receive real-time notifications about data sharing or expiration and take appropriate action, such as revoking access or updating internal records.
