Eva Jacobson Weinefalk: A Business Visionary Who Loves to Develop New Business
Relationships

Eva Weinefalk has always had her own business. When she was only 20 years old, she started her first firm. Since then, she has sold four profitable businesses. As a headhunter from 1997, Eva held the role of CEO for 20 years, first for five with Svensk Mediarekrytering and then for eighteen with Human Search, a company she developed and internationalized into eleven countries. She was honored to serve on a number of different boards and be an ambassador for Swedish business and the Agency in addition to receiving the organizations’ Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2013.

Eva presently holds the positions of CEO of one company, ambassador for a business network, and member of numerous boards. Eva’s motivation for growth is without a doubt. She is always mindful of the business and takes pleasure in seeing her clients flourish. Appropriate On can swiftly become familiar with numerous business structures and organizations in many industries when she has to discover the right individual for the right job.

 The ‘Right On’ Leading

Right On, which was established in September 2021, is expanding quickly. The idea of progression is one of Eva’s major goals. She always keeps the company in mind and enjoys watching her clients grow.

She sees hiring as much more than just identifying a qualified applicant. In order to be able to create the optimal conditions for both the client and the applicant, it is about the personal meeting, placing the person at the center and fostering understanding for all parties involved. According to her, “We create the best environments for our customers to grow by identifying the right skills for the right role, inspired by the Human Search methodology and with the industry’s finest recruiters.”

Eva is a strong leader who appreciates excellent competence and abilities. As a result, she has assembled, in her opinion, the greatest recruiters in the industry—a crucial component of Right On.

 Normalizing overcoming obstacles

Eva is well-versed in overcoming challenges because she started managing enterprises at the age of 20. She thinks that going through these obstacles can be just as helpful as getting the results you want, if not more so. Her time at her former employer, Human Search, not only gave her a broad network and experience she now offers to Appropriate On, but it also taught her that finding the right individuals is not always an easy process. She says, “I now know what to use while establishing the basis for Right On because of the experiences and hurdles.”

 The Starting Point

At the age of 20, Eva launched her first recruiting-related business. Since then, she has successfully sold four businesses. She began her career in the recruitment industry in 1997, serving as CEO of Svensk Mediarekrytering for five years, and then serving as CEO of Human Search, a headhunting company she founded and grew to include 11 countries, for 18 years.

She is incredibly happy of receiving the Entrepreneur of the Year 2013 award in Stockholm. She has also had the distinction of serving on a variety of boards and as an ambassador for “Svenskt Näringsliv” and “Tillväxtverket,” an honor that has inspired her to enhance her professional career.

 The CEO’s chair

Eva is in charge of many duties as the CEO of Right On. Simply put, it means she oversees the entire operation and ensures that every area of the business operates efficiently. In addition to managing profit and loss, she is in charge of overseeing all of the firm’s headhunters and acquiring new clients. However, at Right On, everyone collaborates. We establish shared objectives and work to achieve them, she claims.

Eva served as the CEO of a number of companies prior to Right On, as was already mentioned. Through her experiences and information she had gained, she wanted to launch a recruitment company that specialized in locating engineers, specialists, and managers for the most difficult industries, such as construction, industry, technical consultants, and IT/tech. As of right now, Eva’s goal for Right On is as real as ever. She had a vision for how this might be accomplished with true headhunting and committed, senior headhunters.

I believe that my achievement is a result of my desire to achieve my goals, says Eva. She uses the adjective “fearless” to characterize herself since she jumps headfirst into challenges, which almost always leaves her feeling defeated.

 Occupational and Personal Life

Eva has always sought to live in a way that makes her job feel like enjoyable labor rather than a burden. She is currently in that position, to be completely honest. I make sure to take days off and spend time with family and friends, and on those days I try to be as dedicated to being “off-work” as possible, the woman says. The only way I’ve been able to keep this delicate balance is by taking the nights and weekends off.

Every employee at Right On performs the function of a headhunter, making the work extremely autonomous and satisfying. Individual time management and accountability are very important to Eva.

 Future outlook for Right On

According to Eva, Right On’s long-term objectives include continuing to grow and change. She is happy with the team’s achievements thus far and excited to see where they go from here. We have observed the industry’s need for competent headhunting, thus the future of Right On appears to be quite promising, she says. She wants Right On to have a lasting impression on the recruiting industry as well as, naturally, the sectors served by the clients we work with. She believes that when business owners are considering hiring a new manager, engineer, or specialist, they will automatically choose Right On.

Eva states that the objectives of Right On are tied to her personal ambitions. Her love of entrepreneurship and company development drives her to build yet another prosperous firm. She counsels budding business entrepreneurs to have high dreams, set clear objectives, and put in a lot of work. It will be difficult not to succeed, she claims, as long as you have a clear vision for what you want to do and establish goals appropriately. Yes, you will have failures and obstacles; but, you should learn from them and attempt again later.
